Why does dmoz continually reject a submission?

Why do they continually reject a submission to the correct category that is clearly submitted to the right category and clearly on par or better than peers the category. One of hte accepted sites is a broken link even! It's ridiculous. How do you get listed?

Not to mention they request editors and then flatly reject you if you reply for no good reason.

It is probably better not to go on and on with the same thing in several different posts.
