Hi,

I would like to know why Alias Find and Replace has been removed from the ODP months ago.

It should normally be listed under dmoz.org/Computers/Software/Internet/Site_Management/

It has been listed there for quite some time before removal.

Could someone please investigate this issue ?

Best regards
Vincent

It's a bug - all the indicators to editors are that it is listed but on deeper examination it is listed without a title and a description so it doesn't actually show up in the category. I'll give it a push and it should re-appear on the public servers in a few days.

Thanks oneeye,

Do you still have title and description ?

In any case, here it is :

Title : Alias Find and Replace
Description : tool for searching and replacing HTML code in multiple web pages at once.

Don't worry, I rewrote it to our current guidelines (they have adapted over the years). It is a rare and odd bug and impossible to diagnose until someone says their site is missing so it was a good job you spotted it.

It's there now - try refreshing your browser page. However, if you are using search allow a couple of weeks.
