I am not aware of anyone discussing site suggestion rejection reasons in public, sorry. You can try to contact staff at "staff at dmoz.org", but I don't think they will react to those kind of enquiries either.

Oh, that is simply. Editor is <name removed, noted> and it is know that his political opinions is quite different from mine. (We were two editors 4 years ago of the same cat World/Lietuviu). My blog contains strong language. Usually <editor name removed> works very quick, he made thousands link (I made about one and half thousand about), but my is invisible.That is mean that link simply ignored.

Those are simply suspicions, and allegations against an editor with whom you have disagreed in the past.
The fact that you did not get along with another editor is not proof of wrong doing on their part.

If you have evidence of abuse please file an abuse report including said evidence.
