why my site is deleted

Hi

I have a turkish web site. it was being listed by dmoz for 2 years but suddenly it's deleted by somebody.

* i have NOT changed the categories of the site
* i have NOT changed articles of the site
* i have NOT the theme of the site

Shortly, i have not changed anythink on the site. There is no difference between when it's accepted and now.

it was not against the DMOZ quality policy when it's accepted. it's not against the DMOZ quality policy NOW. Because i did not changed the structure of the site. After 2 years it's deleted.

what have done for the site?
i have only added more articles to my site. This is what i have done.

Where can i get more information why my site is deleted?

I've moved your post because it isn't quality control issue.

No website is guaranteed a listing.
No listing is guaranteed to be permanent.

Maybe your website was unavailable and is waiting for human evaluation.
Maybe your website is in transit to a better category.
Maybe your website was found not to meet our standards - which have changed over the years.

We won't provide information about your specific website. If you think it might have been moved/removed in error, by all means suggest it to the one most appropriate category and we'll take a look.

Pls allow me to compare the listed web site on that category and mine

Note: Getting links from dmoz is not important seo criteria. Having 2 links from dmoz will boost the rank of that spammer. This is why i give the url of that spammer

Note 2: if you ask why did not you write an abuse report for <url removed>. i wrote a Turkish abuse report nearly 1 year ago but it's not checked yet.

There's no point raising an abuse report unless it contains evidence evidence of abuse. A site being delisted isn't evidence.

Hi Jım

The point that i do not want to accept is web sites which are created with automatic queries has 2 listings on dmoz but normal web sites are getting problems to be listed or they are being listed. dmoz listing will boost their ranking and this will make internet more dirty place. i do not want dmoz to be a part of this.

2. I've just read some really silly nonsense from you in another place so I'm not inclined to anyway.

i have wrote abuse report one year ago about a spammer on my dmoz category. after one year, if my NORMAL site is being deleted and SPAMMER STAYS there, it's difficult to accept for me. . i believe it's a really big nonsense.

or are turkish dmoz editor sleeping?

note: my abuse report which i have sent over one year ago has not been investigated yet. dmoz says me "Its current status is new - This report has not yet been investigated. We aim to do so at the earliest possible opportunity."

For the record, when I had removed the abuse claims that you'd made in this thread, I made a note about them in your abuse report (the only report from you I can find is from December last year, but quite possibly there was another, earlier one as well). So the Meta editor who investigates the abuse report will have access to the information you posted here, and there is no need to send it as PM or post it in this or any other thread. Thank you.

You've filed your abuse report. Someone who understands the language will review it and your allegations when they have a chance. We will not get into a discussion of the merits of your site versus another site here so this thread is clearly finished.

DO NOT start a new thread about your site, the site you filed the abuse report about, or the abuse report you've filed.
