Well. That message means that the title and/or description you provide are not good.
Keep the title short (it should be the official name of the company or website).
Keep the description to a limited size (25-30 words). Write complete sentences.
Do not use all caps, do not use exesive punctuation, write normal language. do not start each word with a capital.

Ugh, Makes Me Cringe Everytime I See People Starting Each Word With A Capital In A Sentence. It Just Isn't Right!

 :p

I stumbled across a category description the other day. It included something like 'We are not Germans and so there's no need to capitalize every noun' :D.

I presume that category was not "Eighteenth-Century English Literature" ... and, as it happens, some of us ARE Germans.

But it IS certain that none of us are eighteenth-century essayists.

i think intution can tell us most of the time ,either indeed it is required or it is manipuation to acheive something...
may be this is the principal reason the human are editing here not robots....
in that german case as well....robots would have rejected it...but i think human shouldnot

Yes, this is a robot rejecting. And it's rejecting for such obvious reasons that ... it doesn't take a human to tell the description is really really bad. And no, a human should NOT accept such obviously-non-grammatical blather. It's obvious, even to a robot, that a human would HAVE to delete the entire description and start over from scratch.

So why not let the human who already knows about the site, delete the entire description and start over from scratch?
