Why not listed in Music/Instruments/...?

Hi,

I submitted this site for a pretty long time ago and it has not been listed.
The url is: http://www.TabHeaven.com

I am not 100% on what category I submitted it to but I think it was either: http://dmoz.org/Arts/Music/Instruments/Stringed/Guitar/Tablature/Directories/ or http://dmoz.org/Arts/Music/Instruments/Stringed/Guitar/Tablature/

Am I making any kind of misstake with my site?
If that is the case please let me know so I can work in the right way <img src="/images/icons/cool.gif" alt="" />
