Since you asked the same in the italian forum as well, you might find an answer in italian more satisfying.

Fair enough, I suppose. (Although we have bilingual editors who do much of the work in both World/Italiano and Regional/Italy.)

I won't speak for the Italians, but the site is waiting review with a dozen or so sites in the Regional category you mention.
