Will dmoz become a smarter search...?

I wondered if the owners ever thought of having any sort of development will it be going along the lines of google instant type thing with its directory i.e predictive searches, text etc ever or in the near future

We are a directory, not a search engine. Our rudimentary search facility is really intended to help users to find an appropriate category - and it doesn't index website content.
