Will I be able to submit this site to two separate regional categories?

I have a site http://www.hfitcenter.com that is basically 2 separate sites within one. http://www.hfitcenter.com/index.cfm/switch_division/2.htm is for an Athletic Club in Cleveland and http://www.hfitcenter.com/index.cfm/switch_division/3.htm is for a fitness center is Atlanta. Will I be able to submit each individual club to its specific regional category using its specific URL rather than the generic home page URL?

That seems to be allowable within the guidelines. Two submissions for geographically-based subdivisions of a site is OK. Three would not be.
