Will this description work?

Hi! I am a newbie to this forum & any advice would be greatly appreciated

I have recently submitted www.tnarobag.com to the following category: http://dmoz.org/Business/Industrial...ry_and_Equipment/Bagging,_Boxing_and_Crating/

.. with this description:
"TNA specialises in Vertical Form Fill & Seal (VFFS) packaging machines and packaging solutions for the snack, confectionery, cereal, biscuit, pet foods, baked products, salad and pasta markets."

Is there any possibility of being declined with this description? This is exactly what our company does & the best possible description for us - but is it too long & wordy for the ODP editors to accept?

I was thinking of re-submitting with a better description if one exists. Many thanks in advance!

The description that you give along with your submission is simply a suggestion. Almost all of the submitted descriptions are changed to a degree and most are simply deleted and completely rewritten. Your site will not be rejected based simply on your description. We list or decline sites based on the content of those sites. Hope this clarifies for you.

What thehelper said is completely correct.

However, I want to thank you for trying your best to write a good title and description. The editor that reviews the site may well rewrite the description after reviewing the site. However, good titles and descriptions help us to process submissions more quickly and efficiently.

I understand Sole - the editors must be very busy!!

The directory grows by about 3000 to 4000 site listings per day (spread randomly through the 460 000 categories)!
