I have this site listed for a few years now and requested the correction of its description a few months back.

On of the main reasons is that parts of the description are mispelled.

So far I had no replies nor was the description ammended.

I don't see any record of having received an update request for this site. We were having some technical difficulties a few months ago that unfortunately caused some requests to get lost, so I suggest you submit it again.

Go to the category page and click the link near the upper right corner named "actualizar o site". Fill out the resulting form and your request will be evaluated by an editor fluent in Portuguese.

The project has evolved somewhat since the alterations were requeested and I feel it should in another category. Would it be possible to request that as well?

Absolutely. That's one of the main purposes of the Update URL form -- if the scope of the site has changed, we want to know, so that we can list it in the most appropriate category. In the description box, you should make sure that the description mentions the current content that is different from the old content. In the box requesting the nature of the changes, you should say that the scope of the site has changed, and include a suggestion for a new category.

Thanks, I just submited the changes, anyway they will be in english, not portuguese, since that's the target of the site and the language used in the newly proposed category.
