Sorry but it won't be listed, as it considerd to be part of your other Portugal site. The fact that is has a different URL is ignored, we view at just a link within the other site.

Thank you.
Would it help if I take the link from the other site.
Azores is an automomous region, and the content is completely different.

I was reading the dummies guide website and at one point it says "Again, multiple submissions of the same or related sites may result in the exclusion and/or deletion of those and all affiliated sites". So it implies that one can have more than one related site submitted and posted, right?

Oh the humanity!!! I'm Azorean, and for years we've tried to get out from under the heavy hand of Portugal. We finally succeed and become an automomous region and I spend countless ours filling up the site with unique content. And now ODP sentences me to be under the "mother portal". Oh the humanity!!! ;)

Greetings,
I made an enquiry a couple weeks ago asking why the site www.azores.com did not make your directory. I was told it was because it is part of my other site www.portugal.com. However I don't understand this statement. Azores.com is completely independent from Portugal.com, and it is I believe full of relavant information (please see "about", "information" which took me years to compile. Hundreds of pages with unique content. Please, please explain why this site is bundled with portugal.com. Thank you very much :( .

Let's see now.In our terms, they are both part of the same website. That you've spread it over multiple domains doesn't make it eligible for multiple listings.

Please not that whilst we are happy to respond to status requests here, our forum rules prohibit argument about whether or not a URL should be listed.

I'm merging this thread with the previous one and closing. Please don't start yet another one on the same topic.
