This is a difficult case. In November www.berlincelta.com was correctly submitted to

In December I accidentally re-submitted to this inappropriate cat:

I would really like to know what the current status is and in which cat the site will finally appear. If necessary and possible, I would like the cat to be changed to the appropriate cat. To make things worse, the domain name changed to www.celta-berlin.com. The old domain is still valid and redirected to the new one. It would be really great if the new domain name was listed instead of the old one.

The simple answer is that, in a perfect world, the editor reviewing the site in the correct cat will observe the redirect and correct the URL, and the editor looking at the submission in the wrong cat will be astute enough to move the submission to the correct cat. My personal advice at this time is to do nothing, wait and see how things sort out, and if the wrong URL or category "happens" you can submit a change request later.

Is the site in English or German?

If it is just in English, then the Arts category seems logical (I don't edit there so I cannot make a qualified judgement).

It is is just in German, then the world category makes sense, since those are language-specific categories.

If it is in both languages, and not machine translated, it may be eligible for both, and you are permitted to submit to the cat where it is not listed. An edits will make the final judgement.

The site is in English. That's why I wondered why the editor put it in World anyway. Also I wonder how the editor figured out the .de alias, as I submitted the site with the .com TLD. Couldn't someone fix the domain name and move the site unbureaucratically? Have one look at the site and you know that the Arts cat is the right place. I couldn't stand waiting another 12 months for a re-submission that's bound to fail anyway because this conversation will probably not be regarded by the editor responsible. This is all so bureaucratic - I'm about to rip my hair out.
