I understand. The site has changed and a lot of new content added since the first submission over three months ago. Should I resubmit to the same category again?

The site does not meet our site selection criteria and is unlikely to be listed regardless of the new content.

There is no need to resubmit and I would suggest that alternative methods of promotion are sought.
