www.californialicense.com was listed in
Reference: Education: Products and Services: Test Preparation: Professional Exams: Real Estate (16) but has now disappeared.

I represent this company which is an approved CA real estate online school marketing state approved CA real estate courses,CE, Broker license-course textbooks, books, Cd's and tutorials to students and professionals in California.

Our listing was accepted in Dec/02 but for some unknown reason has recently disappeared, can anyone please explain why.

According to the DMOZ guidelines our site meets all criteria, in fact we are one of California's largest online schools.

We would dearly like one of the editors or groups of editors to review our situation and hopefully explain why we disappeared or return our listing.

I point out we have resubmitted a listing request. We extend our thanks to everyone who helps us address this issue.

It was deleted and replaced with http://www.usarealestatelicense.com/ . You knew that, huh? <img src="/images/icons/wink.gif" alt="" />

So in actuality it is still listed. The one site incorporates all 50 states, so please don't submit one for each state as they most likely will not be listed.

Usarealestatelicense.com is an independant book selling site covering real estate related info designed to inform real estate students across America.Its primary product is a real estate exam prep course.

It is not a school nor the main site of Californialicense.com

Californialicense.com is an fully independant real estate school in California. It offers state approved real estate courses, it has a student advisory staff and State recognized online exam center. It is a full school offering California propective real estate agents an education so they can get a real estate license, do continuing education or renew their state license.

UsaLicense is only a book seller .Their audiances are completely different.

True their is a link from USArealestatelicense.com to Californialicense.com, but the site also has twelve other links to other state approved real estate schools.Its part of Usa's business plan to refer traffic to affiliates.Californialicense.com has an affiliate program with Usarealestatelicense.com like 4 other parties.

We believe Californialicense.com desires its own listing as its information is important to Internet users in California who are looking for an education, approved real estate school, or state approved real estate courses.

I hope you can help. Please review the two sites, their message and their intended audiance. I think you will see they are different and desire to be listed to their respective markets separately.

The ODP when evaluating "sites" to include in the directory may bracket together many pages (whether they be in a single or separate folders, a single or multiple sub-domains, or indeed spread across several domains for some marketing purpose) and will evaluate the whole as one "site", and will list said "site" once (or not at all).

Their intended audience, and other marketing considerations are not relevant to the ODP. We just list "sites".
