My advice is to ask here in about 6 - 8 weeks time if you see no change (repost in this thread rather than starting a new one, threads are automatically moved to the top of the list whenever newer messages are posted).
General Note: Do not resubmit the site to the directory, as that will move your submission to the back of the queue. Don't submit to other categories, the editors there will only have to move the submission to the back of the queue in the correct category.

I think this might be World: Deutsch: Wirtschaft: Industriegüter und -dienstleistungen: Metall: Bauteile und Halbfabrikate. That category isn't backlogged at all: There is not a single site waiting for review, so a submission to that category might be processed comparatively quickly.
