You should also consider posting a submission to http://dmoz.org/Regional/North_America/Canada/Ontario/Localities/T/Toronto/Business_and_Economy/Internet/Web_Design_and_Development/ since your company is located in Toronto, Ontario. Toronto is actively edited.

Actually, it would have been nice if you'd reused your original thread instead of starting a brand new one.

Thank you for the information. If I submit to the area you suggested, will that hurt my chances of being accepted into DMOZ since I have currently submitted my site to another location?

Besides the general guidelines located at http://dmoz.org/guidelines/ it is _always_ a good idea to look at the submission guidelines (i.e., category descriptions and/or FAQs) of the potential category being submitted to. If none exist, take a peak at the parent category and its description/submission guidelines.
