To Whom It May Concern,

We have requested admittance to DMOZ a few months ago, and still don't see our listing in DMOZ. I know you guys are pretty busy, and I understand that. Could you please let me know how long before it gets submitted or do I need resubmit it again?

Your help is greatly appreciated.

Thank You,
Zoltan

Every site is reviewed by a volunteer editor before being listed.

This site is a lead generator, and does not contain "unique content", so, according to the ODP guidelines, it should not ever be listed.

Dear Hutcheson and Windharp,

Thanks for the quick reply. I do feel that our site, and our services are unique. (We have over 70 breed information with photos, breed prices, etc.) Hutcheson, I have read DMOZ’s rules, and I don’t see why europuppy.com can’t be inculded. Please Explaine your views a little more. The answer to Windharp’s request, I would like
Europuppy - finds and ships puppies from breeders in Europe.

Included to this category:

Thank you for your consideration!

Best Regards,

Zoltan

The "finds and ships puppies" bit in the description gives the impression that its primary purpose is to sell puppies, so it should only go in Shopping. On the other hand, since it doesn't actually have purchasing information (but just COLLECTS information from purchasers) it can't go in Shopping. Ergo, it can't go anywhere.

This says nothing about the existance, ethics, or legitimacy of the BUSINESS. But its WEBSITE is not eligible for listing in the Open Directory, because it doesn't provide any relevant reviewable content.
