Editors don't have a schedule when to work on which category. But your site is the only one waiting for review in that category, so there is no backlog. I might add that the whole area of Regional: North America: United States: New York isn't really backlogged ("only" a few hundred submissions waiting for review) and that it has an active editing team. So it shouldn't be too long until your site will be reviewed, but as I am not an editor in that part of the directory, I cannot promise anything.
