There seems to be too much overlap between http://www.hunggar.info and http://www.yonlee.com/ (which is already listed) to make them both worth listing.

Your submission, therefore, has been rejected and is unlikely to be accepted in the future.

We're working on getting the content on the two sites a little more differentiated. HungGar.info is to be the site specifically for the Kung Fu school while YonLee.com is to be a site focussing on Master Lee and his other projects that do not necessarily align directly with with the school.

After we progress further in content differentiation, may we resubmit without worrying about our current listed site getting penalized?

Definately. We don't penalize sites that are submitted in good faith. Make sure that the content on both sites is unique, though. Content that is shown on both URLs, by definition, would not be unique.
