Your duplicate submissions to the Business category have been deleted. Some of your duplicate submission to the Shopping categories (plural) have also been deleted. Please do not resubmit to the Business categories as your site is not eligible for a listing there.

A Shopping editor will have to give you the status of your suggestion as I do not edit in those categories. From what I can see, it is not necessary to resubmit as your suggestion is awaiting review in http://dmoz.org/Shopping/Jewelry/Varied_Merchandise/K

Answers to questions from your original post are found in the FAQ.

Thank you for letting us know that our submission was recieved and also helping us by removing the multiple submissions from your (coconutz) directory. :)

I just hope we do not wait another SIX month's for results from the other editor. :(

My other thread was submitted to business and also asked about the submission status of the directory that you told me was wrong, so I thought I should start a correct thread. You can remove the original if you want.. it's not like anyone is ever going to post to that thread other than you coco... Are there any shopping editor as dedicated as you that will help me? or can you switch to shopping?

Mahalo! :)

Search Engine Submission Program Tip

Web Site search submitter is bad news for a DMOZ listing.

Over a year ago I began submitting our website to multiple search engines and directories on a monthly basis. After many months passed, I was frustrated that my site has yet to be listed on DMOZ. So i decided to look into the problem and learned that every time I used my program, my request for submission was pushed to the bottom of the list.

It is a good Idea to read the rules before posting to DMOZ and manually submit to the catagory that best describes your website.

Very good advice. I wish that it was made a little more plain that the so-called "easy way" is far from being the most effective.
