www.lifelender.com Submission

I submitted my site, www.lifelender.com, on Nov. 7, 2002. I noticed that the category I'm applying to isn't edited very often, so I was content to wait. By a stroke of incredible bad luck, the category was last edited in August, right in the middle of a major server problem on my end. First, am I right to assume that this is the reason my site wasn't listed? If so, am I still in the queue for a subsequent editing or will I need to submit again. If my site was rejected for some other reason, please let me know that so I won't waste my time. By the way, I've recently tried to get into the ODP main site several times and haven't been able to even pull up the category, let alone try to submit anything. The pages load very slowly and eventually lock up my browser altogether. Is there a problem on their end, or am I doing something wrong?
