http://www.mountainvacations.bc.ca/whistlerguide.cfm is not waiting for review in that category. It also wasn't rejected or moved elsewhere, so it seems no submission of this URL ever made it to this category.
http://www.mountainvacations.bc.ca/ is already listed appropriately in Whistler. Are you telling us that the content of the whistlerguide.cfm page is significantly different that it should be listed as well? I'd look myself but the site isn't connecting. If it is just a guide to Whistler as the file name and category you submitted to suggest, it won't be listed.

Okay, then. Let me clarify a couple of things:
(a) The Canada Travel Guides category is for travel guides about Canada, not travel guides to a specific locality within a specific province in Canada. A Whistler travel guide, therefore, would only be listable in the Whistler locality category.
(b) Now that I can connect to the site, I can see that the link you noted above is just a page of links to other sites (making it a very small directory, not a travel guide). It has insufficient content to be listed separately.
