It is not waiting in that category, there are also no editor notes indicating it has been touched (moved, listed, deleted, etc) so it appears there must have been some kind of error during submission or you submitted to a different category. I would go ahead and resubmit

Sorry, I must have given you the wrong one. I just discovered there are two categories for autoresponders. I submitted it here 100% sure:

You are correct Your submission from 03/Oct/2003 is waiting in a medium sized group of suggested sites. There is no need to resubmit as I suggested assuming this is the most appropriate category for your site (I did not view the site).
