It's there in the queue, waiting for someone to get to it. The form says it was submitted on 26th October, so I assume that you've re-submitted it at least once. Each new submission overwrites the old one and moves you further and further down the queue. I suggest you lay off the submissions from now on.

Thank you for the reply, the site was submitted twice total, and the last catagory wasn't correct and that was the reason for the new submission.
