I can't access that particular category, so I'll leave it to someone who can; but I will respond to:

On the contrary, there are several hundreds of editors for that category, but there isn't a listed editor. That makes no difference, as a listed editor might not be back to that category for a year, whilst an unlisted editor might be there in 5 minutes time. There are several hundred prior posts that explain this in more detail. Site search will find copious amounts of them.
