Figuring out best category for real estate company

I want to submit the site http://www.OutdoorProperties.com to the correct category the first time, so I could use some advice. Normally I would submit a real estate company to the locality (city) where the main office is located.

So I would pick Hughes from the localities under real estate here.

but Hughes (small town) isn't listed there. Because of the nature of this company, selling farms, and acreage state wide, could I submit it to
http://dmoz.org/Regional/North_America/United_States/Arkansas/Business_and_Economy/Real_Estate/
which has only one company listed. (which now appears to be a redirect)

Or should it go in a non-real-estate specific regional category which does have a Hughes locality with zero sites.

I'd suggest the http://dmoz.org/Regional/North_America/United_States/Arkansas/Localities/H/Hughes/ category if that is the only locality they have an office in. The Real Estate category should be created once there are a few sites for the locality (not necessarily Real Estate sites - submit any other sites you know of for the locality as well).

Sorry but we normally list sites by location, not area served, especially so with Real Estate sites due to past abuses.

Thanks for the input, I'll go with your suggestion. I understand the reason for the real estate rules, it's just that in this case the office is in Hughes but their agents live and work all over Arkansas, in even smaller towns!

I'll see if I can find some other Hughes companies to add.

It's been 11 months and http://www.OutDoorProperties.com has not been added to the suggested category. Could someone please check?

Ironically, the school district website I submitted to help build the empty "Hughes" locality has been added.
