Around a year ago I submitted a website http://www.paylessgroup.com to DMOZ as yet a search for the side yields no results. I apologize but I cant remember what category I listed the site in. other than

Since http://dmoz.org/Computers/Internet/Web_Design_and_Development/Designers/Full_Service/ does not accept submissions, it is impossible for you to have submitted there. I looked in the obvious subcategory http://dmoz.org/Computers/Internet/Web_Design_and_Development/Designers/Full_Service/P and it was not there either.

I suggest you resubmit and to write down which category you submitted.
