Someone else that works for us may have re-submitted the site recently, I don't know what category. However, the original submission was months ago.

Thanks for your time.

Unfortunately your site was rejected because there are no attorneys listed. I am sorry but we do not list lead generation sites.

Best Regards.

Ok, fair enough, but Attorney Tracy IS listed on the disclaimer page. I have just bolded it on the disclaimer page and discussed this with him. Would it help to add the firm to the bottom of the front page? We have spend alot of time and money on trying to find good lawyers and legal resources to make this a useful and impressive site.

Please see the bottom, he is trying to brand a name/trademark Personal-Injury.com and wants the brand to be more prominent than the firm. Do I need to submit it again to request reconsideration of the site?

Either way, thanks again for reviewing this for me. Its greatly appreciated and will help guide us for future submissions.
Thank you.

I don't think so. Here is an excerpt from the Category Guidelines for that category

"Attorney directories allow people to locate and contact attorneys, by providing addresses, phone numbers, website URL's, or other contact information."

The site in question does not provide any contact information for attorneys. Rather, it provides a contact form and someone will get back to you. We list the types of sites that actually include the information on the site. We don't list the sites that do not.

You should not expect help with that from the Open Directory.

We list websites that contain unique authoritative information about law firms (which is nearly always the law firm's official site). And we list those sites by the name of the law firm.

If a website doesn't contain adequate information about a firm, our guidelines require that we reject it. Note that what a firm may want said (its marketroid promotional or advertising verbiage) may not count as content for us; and of course, information a firm wants to collect from its visitors cannot possibly count as content. Content that's not on the website doesn't count.

This doesn't match some widely used promotional techniques: we know that, it is precisely because of the massive abuse those techniques facilitate that we have the guidelines.

It is not contact information that is the problem. You are trying to get a listing in a Lawyer Directory category. The site is not actually a directory of lawyers rather it is a directory of services and then a contact form.
