i have applied twice now sept , and jan.

I see no evidence it has been received in the category mentioned - are you sure it is the correct one? If so, you may suggest the site one more time. Wait a month then return to this thread and check we have received it this time. Thanks. Once you know it has been received do not suggest it again unless told by an editor you can do so.

do i have to re-apply.

The site could be reviewed any time - tomorrow or in five years, there is no way to predict. The 6 months is the gap before you can ask for another status check.
