I am curious about the status of a site a submitted several months ago, the site name is www.professionaltaste.com I believe it was either registered under the category
Business > Industries > Printing > Buying Online
or
Shopping > Office Products > Supplies > Stationery and Paper

I would appreciate it if somebody could help.

It is currently waiting in unreviewed in Business/Industries/Printing/Stationery .

Do you know how long it will be until it gets reviewed or is there no way of telling?

No way of telling but the queue isn't small. I'd give it a couple months or so as a complete guess, and that might be on the low side.
