However, I see no record of a suggestion of this URl to this category, nor any record that it was reviewed and declined, or moved to another category.

I am resubmitting now. I wondered why it was taking so long. I don't understand why you didn't get it before when I submitted, but that is ok, I do appreciate all of your help Alucard and Leer. Hopefully soon, it will all be sorted out.

Yes, it is waiting there.

I do not think that the Customer Services Category is the best place for your site. The customer services category is for sites containing information related to the broad field of customer service (including customer satisfaction, technical support, etc.). see http://editors.dmoz.org/Business/Customer_Service/desc.html

I would have thought that somewhere in http://dmoz.org/Business/Small_Business/ would be more appropriate.

You do need to realize that some of the Business categories do have many sites waiting to be reviewed and that submission to anything other than the most appropriate category adds a further delay.

I would suggest resubmitting it to the most appropriate category.
