Now therein lies a problem. The site is waiting for review there, along with another one with a slightly different URL that redirects to yours. But there is no sign of any verifiable address on the site and since we are required to list real estate sites in the locality where they are physically based I would personally have some difficulty since I couldn't confirm that it was the right category... Anyway someone might know and you can return to this thread for an update in 6 months if it is not listed by then. Thanks.

The other site (www.wattstx.com/homefree?) actually was submitted but should be deleted since the URL changed. Is there a method to remove a previously submitted URL?

As far as verifiable address on the site. It is a home based business with no need for a mailing address. If needed, I could list the address on the site but would prefer not to for anonimity. Will having the address on the site aid in getting it listed? I added it to the regional category since Dallas / Ft. Worth metro is where we live and the only area we work in.

Not having the address on the site makes it impossible to place in the right category, which we must do with real estate sites. I am sure you can understand that with the amount of spam received in real estate categories we must be very careful. Whilst it might or might not be rejected, personally I couldn't actually list it, i.e. it might just languish forever more. Having the address will at least mean it can get to the right category for consideration. After that, whether it is accepted or rejected depends on a review by an editor.

BTW the other URL has been removed.

I went ahead and listed the address on the contact us page. I can certainly understand the amount of spam you must get.

Next step I guess is wait 6 months and if I don't see it listed, reply back to this thread?
