Originally submitted 14/02/02 and a polite note sent to editor 0n 09/05/02. No reply received.

It looks like it was reviewed by a "greenbuster" (someone with partial editing capability in that category) and put into a queue for final approval, and subsequently put back into the unreviewed queue by another editor -- either by mistake, or maybe in order to message the "greenbuster" to repair an editing error.

That's all I can tell. Hopefully someone with editing privileges in that category will come along with more data for you.

djdeeds made a very good summary actually. The greenbuster had made an error in the description, so it has been sent back with an advisory note.

I notice thr category has recently been edited but this site has still not been added. Is it just a matter of patience?

Yes. The change was actually part of an automated process to flag dead/problematic sites.
