Yahoo! Paid Inclusions...is Google next???

I am on quest to figure out why my client http://shopcartusa.com has had zero luck since 2002-9-10 in getting into the DMOZ directory. Knowing that Google uses this hierarchy (ODP) as the basis for its directory, can we see the addition of paid inclusions in the near future? RDF dumps seem like they are becoming less and less as time goes by (http://rdf.dmoz.org/).

The ODP will not implement paid submissions because we are not a webmaster listing service. This issue has been discussed many, many times in this forum and there is little use in going back of the same ground.
