Unknown. Could get listed today or it _could_ be over 12 months... There is no way to predict.
Yesterday, I listed a site that had been submitted 8 hours previously and in another category I listed one that had been lurking for about 8 months. These things happen. Do not resubmit, this takes you to the back of the queue. Do not submit to multiple categories; it leads to deletion of all submissions, like the one that submitted 21 times I came across while editing yesterday.
Your site cannot be fully reviewed without someone registering online. Editors generally do not like to do that because it is too time consuming. So, if you can communicate directly with an editor in the submitted category, and provide a short term password for review purposes it may well help things along.
