ukfunerals Posted February 28, 2004 Posted February 28, 2004 Next Day Caskets - Offers a selection of caskets and urns. found on: http://dmoz.org/Shopping/Death_Care/ is just a redirect to www.funeraldepot.com which also has a listing on http://dmoz.org/Society/Death/Death_Care/Caskets/ Funeraldepot - Offers selection of caskets, urns, and vaults with next day delivery available. Is this allowed?
Guest Posted March 1, 2004 Posted March 1, 2004 If your statement is accurate (I didn't check), no, it's not allowed. I'm sure a senior editor, or one who can edit in that category, would appreciated this information.
ukfunerals Posted March 2, 2004 Author Posted March 2, 2004 The category its in http://dmoz.org/Shopping/Death_Care/ does not have an editor so I guess we will have to wait and see if any Senior Editors feel like removing something that is an obvious breach in the DMOZ rules. Any Seniors out there?
thehelper Posted March 2, 2004 Posted March 2, 2004 Patience is a virtue. Link removed. Thanks for the report.
ukfunerals Posted March 2, 2004 Author Posted March 2, 2004 thehelper> Which link have you removed? The re-direct - Next Day Caskets - Offers a selection of caskets and urns. Is still on http://dmoz.org/Shopping/Death_Care/ When you remove a link does it not show straight away?
donaldb Posted March 2, 2004 Posted March 2, 2004 Next Day Caskets was removed from that category, but it does sometimes take a while for changes to show up on the public pages.
