The site is waiting for review. That is a very popular category that attracts a lot of spammers - I wouldn't get your hopes up that it might be reviewed anytime soon. All you can do now is to be patient, check the category from time to time to see if it is listed, and ensure you don't submit mirrors or related sites etc. that might confuse the issue. Thanks.
