Guest Posted October 12, 2002 Posted October 12, 2002 Dear Editor, My site www.DbSb.com is in directory Business>Healtcare>Computing>Software. I recently (last week) submitted a request to move it to Business>Healtcare>Products and Services>Dentistry>Software. I request this change because our main focus is dental office database managers. Please respond with the status of this change. Thank you Joe Pitarra DbSb
dollsntoys Posted October 13, 2002 Posted October 13, 2002 Re: CHANGE OF DIRECTORY FOR MY SITE Hi, The directory has been down for maintenance today. Whenever we are able to connect again, someone will be available to check. Thanks for your patience.
Guest wkallander Posted October 13, 2002 Posted October 13, 2002 Re: CHANGE OF DIRECTORY FOR MY SITE First off, please use the url of the site in the title of your post in the future, as advised in the forum posting instructions. This helps us handle your inquiry more efficiently. I have looked in the unreviewed queue where you submitted your update (move) request, and since you were already listed, and I agreed with you on the placement of your site after reviewing it, your update request was handled today. You should see this change reflected within a few days on dmoz.org .
Guest Posted October 13, 2002 Posted October 13, 2002 Re: CHANGE OF DIRECTORY FOR MY SITE Thank you for the timely reply and action. I'm sorry for not including site url in request ...I will in future. Thanks again.

uzs980 Posted October 24, 2002 Posted October 24, 2002 Re: Change of directory for my site Please have a look at http://dmoz.org/Business/Healthcare/Products_and_Services/Dentistry/Software/ again: Your site is listed there. Remember that "downstream" data users often use older data. For example, http://directory.google.com/Top/Business/Healthcare/Products_and_Services/Dentistry/Software/ hasn't been updated yet, but they will probably do within the next month.
