Status www.lingeriesexylingerie.com

Could I get an update on the progress?

Unfortunately I don't know where the site sits right now. It has been moved to adult content.

It's been a long time since I've asked.

Could someone shed some light in the current submission status?

The last info was from December, 22, 2003.

The site was waiting in:

dmoz.org/Adult/Shopping/Clothing/Lingerie/M/

I would also like to ask if it's possible to have it moved into dmoz.org/Adult/Shopping/Clothing/

Since we are not limited to lingerie only, but dance wear, pants, skirts and dresses as well this may be a resonable request :)

Please don't start a new thread when you ask for status updates. I've merged the previous thread with this one.

The site is still awaiting review in the Lingerie/M category. Should the editor who will review the site think it would better fit in the main clothing category then he/she will move the site there.

It's been rejected.

Please re-read the guidelines particularly with regards to multiple submissions of doorways and vanity URLs to the same site.

WHAT??????

This is getting rediculous. Where is there a doorway site?

It is a Yahoo hosted store just like hundreds of other sites listed here at the DMOZ with a vanity domain attached to it.

The domain is correctly attached, not redirected or spoofed.

Why don't you look up other threads here at the forums?

If the editor saw any java code at the top of the source code, then he/she saw nothing but Yahoo's cookie code, because this is what Yahoo does with everyone who browses through their network.

There is no multiple submission or anything like that.

Strange enough since the editor of the main category where the site has been submitted to originally has 3 such Yahoo sites properly listed within the dmoz...

Just another way to fight competition, one may think...

Thanks for the advice about reading other threads about Vanity URLs. I don't know what I was thinking

I didnt mean to attack you personally, i apologize if you felt that way.

What I am referring to is an example like this one here:

http://www.resource-zone.com/showflat.php?Cat=&Number=69579&Main=32142

I think - it is legit for me to ask, why one with the same host and "domain problem" gets included, the other one does not? :)

Maybe you reconsider?
