I have submited my site http://www.softstar.biz several time in DMOZ month after month, however it is noy yet listed at DMOZ. I tried several categories that are near to website designing. However all in vain, please advice.

1 - You should suggest your site to the one best suited category only,

 

2 - If you don't provide us with a clickable link to the ODP category where you suggested it, we cannot be much help as to its status,

 

3 - All I can see at this point is that it's been deleted several times in the Web_Design_and_Development tree because of the duplicate suggestions, but I can't tell where it's sitting now.
