There are more than 100 sites waiting for review in that category. Your site has been added to Regional/North America/United States/Texas/Localities/R/Rockwall/Business and Economy/Shopping on monday. However the public page hasn't been refreshed yet because the page generation queue is backlogged at the moment, but within a few days your site should turn up there. This Regional listing doesn't affect your chances in Shopping. Your site may also be listed there.
