We are a National Mortgage Lender who helps borrowers obtain mortgage financing with less then perfect credit. There are so many borrowers in need of this type of service! But, I can not get listed. apeuro Posted April 9, 2002 Posted April 9, 2002 Due to the huge amount of sites in that category, it had to be subcategorized somehow, in order not to overwhelm the user with thousands of links on one page. Most, if not all, mortgage companies like yours can service the entire United States, - however they are all subcategorized by state. Everyone is on the same playing field.

By being listed in Minnesota is not really doing us any good. Guest Posted April 9, 2002 Posted April 9, 2002 Basically, we look at where you are located and list you there. It's part of our guidelines and rightly or wrongly all companies are placed according to this. But take heart it is the fairest approach on the net.
