Unfortunatly, the nearest parent/ancestor category that has any editors is Business/ itself, and the Business/Transportation_and_Logistics/ tree has thousands of unrevieweds in it. I'd suggest applying to be editor of the Business/Transportation_and_Logistics/Trucking/Services/ category, but getting your first category in the Business/ area can be hard, since it's more prone to abuse and spam. You could post a question in the Becoming an Editor forum about it.

Your footer best decribes the editor application, "warm for life" but it is a short one. <img src="/images/icons/tongue.gif" alt="" /> I should get back to my client and say to wait it out then?
