Trouble in using ODP data

Hi,

I want to use ODP data on my site. I am not very technical. Do i need to know XMl to use this on my site. Also I am on NT, will that be a problem. Also, In india we have a slow connection. Do i need to download that 200+ mb Data, everybody here is talking abt. Also where from can i download it if i dare to <img src="/images/icons/smile.gif" alt="" />. IS there a procedure doc that I can refer to have this data working on my site.
