Copied Design, thats not worth living

I noticed that a Site http://www.sri-lankahotels.com/ listed in Cat. http://dmoz.org/Regional/Asia/Sri_Lanka/Travel_and_Tourism/Lodging/ is using the Web Templates of my Portal called http://www.realrajasthan.com

 

There are ways to find that THIS SITE has copied.

 

I would request the reputable Directory ODP to include such nasty sites.

I'm sorry, but the ODP's decisions to list sites are based purely on the content, not on the design of the site.

 

If you believe that you have some intellectual property rights on your site design, you will need to follow whatever legal avenues you have to enforce those with the owners of that site.

Please re-read Alucard's post. We do not enforce copyright law. We cannot. If you believe this other site has stolen your IP you need to pursue your own legal avenues against the owner of the site.

This site is copying the content from other sites, is that acceptable?

The site you mentioned is actually a "doorway" to a much larger hotel booking site. http://www.sri-lankahotels.com/ is not listable in the directory because all it does is funnel traffic to another site.

 

I have removed the site you mentioned and added the "root" site - http://www.eglobe-hotels.com/ - to the unreviewed queue to await evaluation by an experienced editor.

 

Please note that this action was taken on the site's doorway status alone, and I have no opinion on the alleged copying you mentioned.
