I don't suppose there's a way to find out if a site is already tagged as License Agreement Violator? It would help reduce duplicate reporting.

Afraid not. There is no problem with reporting them anyway (as long as you don't mind) as we can check in just a matter of a few seconds. Appreciate your support

By the way, I notice one of the Violators, Ace Internet, has 2 listings in DMOZ:

Violators are not listed in the ODP. When we find them, they are removed.

This was not done on purpose.

 

The open directory is a new feature we added to the site just a day or so before. Unfortunately there was a typo in the PHP template that included the attribution (the one we also have for "thumbshots" showed fine).

 

Leer contacted us about this at 23:04 on the 30/5/04 and the template was fixed a few minutes later.

 

I just wanted to let you know that is was not done on purpose, and we at Ace Internet stongly support "open source".
