As to your other questions: If it will ever be included: I don't know - an editor will review the submission When it may be included: Not possible to say, I'm afraid, since all editors are volunteers. Why or why not the site has been included: It simply hasn't been reviewed yet. Hope this answers your questions. If you do not see it listed within the next 6 months, you are more than welcome to come back after December 1 for an update. Thanks.
