Empty categories in World: Chinese Traditional: 電腦: 網際網路: 網頁服務

Hello,

I have found some empty categoeries in World: Chinese Traditional: 電腦: 網際網路: 網頁服務

 

I think those sub-categories (0,3,A,B....) are all unnecessary and should be deleted. What do you think?
