Regional cats not available for my topic

Hi,

I was looking for the right category to submit a direct mail and marketing company in Vancouver, BC. I looked in the regional section but can't find a category that fits right. I did however find two general categories where www.honeycomb-direct-mail.com offers services that fit both cats. Would it be possible to get listed in both these cats? or should I simply submit to one general cat - if so, which one would you suggest?
